The planning system is complex and grows more complex each year. Even a simple shed requires complex infornmation to be collated.

We take your shed plans and help you gain all relevant approvals, then assist to get you building. 

We handle the forms, the lodgements and help you find the right people to get moving on your project.

These fees are approximate and subject to a preliminary assessment that ascertains the size, scope and complexity of your project and its requirements.

We will need to take your shed plans and add all the relevant council requirements and complete all relevant drawings required for approval. We then collate our plans with shed manufacturer plans to complete application package.

- Create earthwork, sediment control plan

- Waste management plan

- Notification Plan

- Complete forms and or lodge to portal

Once approved youll need to find a certifier to start the build. We assist in finding a certifer, filling out forms, lodgement, collating documents.

Once the shed has been constructed an occupation certificate will need to be lodged to finalise everything

Where your project can be completed utilising complying development. We will provide a single fee for Stage 01 and 02 as Complying Development requires different amount of work and documentation.
